We are looking for an experienced growth lead, to join MarsColony’s core team on a full-time basis.

- 3+ years growing B2C products, ideally with direct experience in the fintech or web3 space
- Designing, executing, and benchmarking growth strategies autonomously
- Working in or leading a larger cross-functional growth team
- Familiarity with modern growth stacks and a drive towards data-driven decisions
- Entrepreneurial experience or early team member in a pre-Series A startup
- First-hand experience using crypto products and/or DeFi protocols
- Define user acquisition strategies and product A/B tests
- Own the execution of strategies and A/B tests
- Monitor and report growth KPIs on a channel/strategy basis
- Compile data-driven insights to optimize acquisition channels/strategies
- Lead co-marketing and PR initiatives with our industry partners
- Build, lead and mentor a cross-functional growth team
